We are in need of an extremely organized individual who has very high attention to detail for our Accounting division. We manage residential real estate, from single-family homes to apartment buildings. We are looking for someone who is a team player and able to communicate effectively with many different departments and individuals. As the Property Management Accountant, your role is critical in ensuring accuracy and working under tight deadlines in a fast-changing environment. If you are a task-oriented individual who appreciates structure and detailed work, this role is for you.

Responsibilities


* Strong knowledge of Buldium.
* Accounting for properties under ownership.* Manage utility payments for properties under management.
* Understanding of profit and loss statements.* Accounting for received payments.* Tenant/Owner on-boarding and off-boarding.* Communication with clients.* Auditing and bank reconciliation.* Filing and documenting historical records.


Qualifications


* Accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable.
* Experience with CRM and Investment Management Software.
* Bachelor’s Degree preferred.* 3+ years experience in Property Management Accounting.
* High attention to detail.* Ability to work under tight deadlines.* Positive attitude with strong work ethic.
